Information on the exam schedule
All information on the exam schedule for the winter semester 2025/26 is subject to the current situation.Please note possible changes in the exam schedule.
Prior registration is required for participation in exams. Depending on the degree programme and examination regulations, exams are also registered automatically in some cases. The automatic registrations will be carried out at the end of November 2025 and can be accessed via FlexNow.
Independent registration for exams is usually also carried out via your own FlexNow account. Registration for examinations via the Examinations Office is only possible if the examination cannot be registered via FlexNow. In this case, please send an e-mail via your RUB e-mail account to pruefungsamt(at)ei.rub.de in due time, stating your name, matriculation number, examination regulations and the examination to be registered with its assignment (compulsory, compulsory elective, elective area...).

General exam phases
The written exam phase at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology takes place in the second to fifth week after the end of the lecture period.
The oral exam phase begins on the first weekday after the end of the lecture period and lasts until the end of the semester.

Here you will find the general, semester-independent, written examination dates. The information relates to the four examination weeks (the 3rd Thursday refers to Thursday in the third week of the examination phase).
