MASTER'S PROGRAMMES

The master's programme in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology will prepare you for demanding research and development work in industry and research facilities through its application-driven and scientifically substantiated education.

By choosing one of our major fields of study, you decide which section of electrical engineering and information technology you want to specialise in. Our major fields of study are closely related to our research activities and provide a great basis for a career in industry and research as well as a subsequent PhD.

In total, the major fields of study of the master's programme in Electrical Engineering and Information Technoloy comprise 120 credit points (ECTS), which are composed of mandatory courses (30 ECTS), elective courses (30 ECTS), free electives (30 ECTS) and the master's thesis (30 ECTS). This structure makes it possible for you to incorporate your individual professional interests and career goals in your studies.
