Hi, my name is Johannes Kortz and I am a PhD student in the field of wireless sensing security. I am investigating how wireless signals can be exploited as sensors and what security risks can arise from this. I also combine this with my experience in machine learning to explore new possibilities in this field. I am part of the Secure Mobile Networking group as well as the Max Planck Institute for Security and Privacy. I also supervise the lecture Wireless Physical-Layer Security. Besides research, I am active in sports. I enjoy cycling and I play soccer in a club.
