Drivers can reach Ruhr University Bochum most quickly via the Bochum/Witten motorway interchange (A43 and A44). Take exit 19 (Bochum-Querenburg) from the A43 and follow the signs for "Ruhr-Universität." Take the exit for Hochschule/Botanischer Garten and continue straight ahead on the priority road toward the university. After approximately 1 km, the university will be on your left, and you will be on Lennershofstraße. Continue straight ahead and arrive directly at Building ID.
Directions to the Mechanical Workshop (Building ICN): Turn right onto I-Nordstraße. Follow I-Nordstraße and turn right at the first barrier. Ring the barrier and arrive at the large parking lot in front of Gate 3.

From Bochum Main Train Station, you can conveniently reach Ruhr-Universität Bochum by taking the subway (U35). The shortest route to Building ID [2] involves getting off at the “Lennershof” [1] stop, which is one stop before "Ruhr-Universität".
