Dr. Carsten Brenner succeeded for the first time in combining pulsed and two-color laser generation. This enables compact measurement setups that can replace complex, multi-stage procedures that have been used up to now. Carsten Brenner has now been awarded the Gert Massenberg Prize for his work.
