The cen­tral point of our re­se­arch focus are se­mi­con­duc­tor lasers. Star­ting from ma­te­ri­als sci­ence as­pects, like in­ves­ti­ga­ti­ons of new se­mi­con­duc­tor ma­te­ri­als and spin­tro­nics, we are hea­vi­ly in­vol­ved in the ex­plo­ra­ti­on of the se­mi­con­duc­tor laser dy­na­mics.
