Besides Prof. Rolfes (Chair for High Frequency Systems) as deputy spokesperson, Prof. Nils Pohl (Chair for Integrated Systems), Prof. Thomas Musch (Chair for Electronic Circuits), Prof. Aydin Sezign (Chair for Digital Communication Systems, Prof. Martin Hofmann and Dr.-Ing. Carsten Brenner (Chair for Photonics and Terahertz Technology) as well as Prof. Diana Göhringer (Junior Professorship for Multi-Core Architectures) are involved in the SFB. The SFB is carried out together with Universität Duisburg-Essen, Fraunhofer IMS, Fraunhofer FHR, Universität Wuppertal and Universität Darmstadt. The funding starts on January 1, 2017 and runs initially for 4 years.
