The Chair of Microwave Systems is guided by Prof. Dr.-Ing. Ilona Rolfes. The research ranges from the synthesis and characterization of high-frequency systems and sensors to material characterization and radar-based imaging. For this purpose, highly precise simulations are carried out, on the basis of which prototype systems are created, the robust functionality of which is verified in measurements.
