VDE Rhein-Ruhr has again awarded graduates for their excellent theses. Our employee David Starke was honored for his master's thesis entitled "Design of an integrated 120 GHz quadrature VCO in SiGe technology" at the E-world 2019 trade fair. We warmly congratulate David Starke and are happy with him about this award.
