Double PhD exam day with Dr. Starke and Dr. Kwiatkowski

David Starke and Patrick Kwiatkowski each successfully complete their doctoral examinations.

Two PhD students from the Institute of Integrated Systems have completed their doctorates today.

Dr. Starke dealt with the topic “Circuits and concepts for broadband integrated SiGe signal sources up to the terahertz range” in his dissertation. His examination committee consisted of Prof. Dr. Musch, Prof. Dr. Oehm, Prof. Dr. Hoffmann, Prof. Dr. Dr. Weigel and Prof. Dr. Pohl.

The topic of Dr. Kwiatkowski's dissertation is: “MIMO-FMCW radar system with frequency-controlled transmitting antennas for three-dimensional target detection”. Prof. Dr. Musch, Prof. Dr. Schmitz, Prof. Dr. Gerhardt, Prof. Dr. Dr. Weigel and Prof. Dr. Pohl formed his examination committee.
