Our TARANTO project was awarded the "Best Technology Pioneer Award" at the EFECS 2020 (European Forum for Electronic Components and Systems). 33 partners from six European countries are involved in the EU ECSEL/BMBF project. The extraordinary progress made by the consortium from the development of BICMOS semiconductor technologies to the designs of integrated circuits has been honored. These impressive achievements have garnered significant international attention and have been recognized worldwide as a breakthrough that has catapulted Europe into pole position with these crucial BICMOS technology, according to the awards committee.
