"Modelling and simulation of plasma-surface interactions in nanofabrication" – über dieses Thema sprach David B. Graves von der Princeton University am 29. Juli am Lehrstuhl für Mikrosystemtechnik. Der Professor für Chemical and Biological Engineering war aus New Jersey, USA, angereist.
Das Thema stieß auf großes Interesse: Trotz vorlesungsfreier Zeit kamen viele Studierende und Mitarbeitende zum Vortrag.
