We'd like to say a huge congrats to Stephan Hauptmeier on winning the Best Paper Award! He got this award today for his paper, “A SiGe 270 GHz Radar Transmitter Featuring a ×16 Multiplier Chain and On-Chip Antennas Combined with a Highly Directive Lens” , at the German Microwave Conference (GeMiC) 2026 in Karlsruhe. This work is the result of a collaboration between our department and Kennet Braasch and Prof. Dr.-Ing. Michael Höft from Christian-Albrechts-Universität zu Kiel.
