On Saturday, February 03, 2018, the open day took place at the Alfried Krupp School Lab at RUB. Besides many experiments and actions, the children could show that they have a heart for electrical engineering: The circuit board, which they could assemble and solder themselves, results in a red flashing LED heart. The action was supervised by the Chair of Integrated Systems within the framework of the Collaborative Research Field MARIE. Around 25 children took advantage of the opportunity and were able to proudly take their blinking hearts home with them.
