Messverfahren zur Analyse von Mehrphasenströmungen

Am Lehr­stuhl für Elek­tro­ni­sche Schal­tungs­tech­nik wer­den Mul­ti­sen­sor­kon­zep­te zur Be­stim­mung der Pha­sen­ver­tei­lung und Fluss­ge­schwin­dig­keit ein­zel­ner Flui­de in einer Mehr­pha­sen­strö­mung ent­wi­ckelt. Eine große Her­aus­for­de­rung stellt hier­bei der Ein­fluss un­ter­schied­li­cher Fluss­re­gime dar. Um trotz die­ser va­ri­ie­ren­den Mess­be­din­gun­gen prä­zi­se Mes­s­er­geb­nis­se zu er­zie­len, ist der Ein­satz von kom­ple­men­tä­ren Mess­ver­fah­ren er­for­der­lich. Zum Ein­satz kom­men ul­tra-breit­ban­di­ge elek­tro­ma­gne­ti­sche Wel­len, Ul­tra­schall­si­gna­le und Elek­tri­sche-Im­pe­danz-To­mo­gra­fie.

UWB-Messungen

Mit­hil­fe von ul­trab­reit­ban­di­gen elek­tro­ma­gne­ti­schen Wel­len wird die Fre­quenz­ab­hän­gig­keit der die­lek­tri­schen Ei­gen­schaf­ten der Me­di­en un­ter­sucht. Zur Be­stim­mung des Vo­lu­men­an­teils von Was­ser an der Mehr­pha­sen­strö­mung wird der star­ke Kon­trast der Per­mit­ti­vi­tä­ten von Was­ser im Ver­gleich zu Öl und Gas aus­ge­nutzt. Die zu ent­wi­ckeln­den Mess­sys­tem­kom­po­nen­ten lie­gen im Be­reich der breit­ban­di­gen Si­gnal­syn­the­se und -ein­kopp­lung sowie der Steu­er- und Mes­se­lek­tro­nik zur Auf­zeich­nung der Re­fle­xi­ons- und Trans­mis­si­ons­ver­läu­fe. Dar­über hin­aus steht die Ent­wick­lung und Im­ple­men­tie­rung von Aus­wer­te­al­go­rith­men im Vor­der­grund.

Ultraschallmessungen

Mit­tels breit­ban­di­ger Ul­tra­schall­si­gna­le wer­den Mehr­pha­sen­strö­mun­gen orts­auf­ge­löst ana­ly­siert. Hier­bei kön­nen ins­be­son­de­re Flüs­sig­kei­ten und Gase an­hand ihrer akus­ti­schen Im­pe­dan­zen un­ter­schie­den wer­den. Neben der Di­men­sio­nie­rung von pie­zo­elek­tri­schen Wand­lern liegt das zen­tra­le Au­gen­merk auf dem Ent­wurf der Steu­er- und Mes­se­lek­tro­nik sowie der Ent­wick­lung und Im­ple­men­tie­rung von Aus­wer­te­al­go­rith­men.

Elektrische-Impedanz-Tomografie

Bei der EIT han­delt es sich um ein nicht­in­va­si­ves bild­ge­ben­des Mess­ver­fah­ren, bei dem die elek­tri­sche Leit­fä­hig­keit, oder bei nicht lei­ten­den Stof­fen die die­lek­tri­sche Leit­fä­hig­keit, über den Quer­schnitt einer Mes­s­um­ge­bung re­kon­stru­iert wird. An­hand der Leit­fä­hig­keits­ver­tei­lung kann auf die Fluid­ver­tei­lung rück­ge­schlos­sen wer­den. Auf­grund der schlecht kon­di­tio­nier­ten ma­the­ma­ti­schen Re­kon­struk­ti­ons­al­go­rith­men ist die Ent­wick­lung von rau­schar­men Sys­tem­kom­po­nen­ten mit gro­ßer Dy­na­mik er­for­der­lich. Um hohe Mess­ra­ten zu er­zie­len, wer­den GPU ba­sier­te Re­kon­struk­ti­ons-al­go­rith­men ent­wi­ckelt.
