At the Chair of Microwave Systems, the research topics range from the synthesis and measurement characterization of high frequency systems to high frequency based sensor technology. The research focuses on the development of complex high-frequency systems. On this investigation, highly precise simulations are carried out using powerful numerical analysis tools. The precise metrological characterization for the verification of the system properties is finally carried out on implemented prototype systems.
